Crochet Around The World

Upon surfing the net, I came across some picture's that I liked of people crocheting. Just thought I would share them with you. The first one is my favourite.

Wow incredible how people around the world share same hobby with their own beauty and passion. I love those showing man knitting/crocheting. and Yes the first one is also my favorite.

Purple, I think she'd be comfy any where with a crochet hook, it really looks like her thing!

Mariamellie, I too love to see the men with a crohet hook in their hand, my brother used to knit when he was very young.

Zuleika, if I was as talented as them I would be so happy.

Needle work is so intresting (love the photos) I was reading the history of knitting and it turns out that the women were the spinners and the men were the knittners and the only way a women could get into the guilds was if her husband passed away and she picked up and continued his work. such facinating history!
