Oh Dear, Things Are Happening So Quick!

I wrote about my house being up for sale on Monday the 23 of March, by Thursday 26 of March my house was sold! We had 4 lookers and 2 buyers in that time, we accepted the offer that gave us our full asking price on the house. I had been down to view some some more houses in the small township we had chosen to move to in between those days. There seemed to be nothing on offer that suited us, but we had seen the out side of a relocated display home the week before. So I booked an appointment to view the house from the inside.
After much discussion and doing the dollar figures we decided on that one. But we had to crunch the seller on the figures a bit to make it worth our while.
As it is a relocated house, there is much to do on the outside. It sit's on a quarter block with a double car port, so you can imagine all of the extra's we need, to improve the block.
It's almost like a new home, even though it has been a display house, we will be the first to actually live in it.
Down went the deposit and we are currently in the waiting stage for our buyers finance to be approved. So that is where I have been of late, in the real estate world, which I knew barely nothing about until just recently.

I thought I'd throw in some picture's here of my naughty dirty dog's. Dad (Louie) look's remorseful for getting dirty, but playful and naughty little Rev, doesn't seem to care, he was out having fun!

Not Crochet, It's Little Rev!

I recorded little Rev in action for all to see how happy he makes me and how funny he is.

Rev was the last of 5 puppies to be born, he was the runt of the litter and it was obvious he had problems from the beginning. He was quite cold for the first 24 hours of his beginning. He struggled to feed, I weighed him 3 times a day to ensure he was gaining weight. When he began to walk, he walked backwards, this is why I named him Rev, Rev being short for reverse. I took him to the vet and it was obvious he was starved of some oxygen at birth. But he began to improve and he walked forward. It was not until he was seperated from his mother that we realised he is deaf. His sense of smell is incredible though. I have many visual stimulants and I am teaching him sign language, just simple hand movements for now. I am assuming I will need 2 people to teach him to sit, but I will wait until he is a little older and is used to the simple sign language I am teaching him now.

Christmas has come early with 5 little puppies

I've posted about my puppy breeding once before in this blog post. Last night another litter was born before the stroke of midnight on my daughter Cristy's birthday. I assisted my dog with the first born, then she was away on her own, she is a very good mother to her pups and goes straight into action on each birth cleaning and chewing off the cord of each pups arrival. It's truly amazing to see.
This is the first born.

In no time after the first born, there were 2 more.
Upon checking her tummy I still felt movement with in her, so I knew there was to be another. Here she is in action cleaning and chewing away the cord.

After the 4 were born and the long night, I did not expect any more and went off to bed, that was about 3.00 am. I was awoken before 7.00 am by hubby, who had to tell me there were now 5! Yes 5 puppies in all. You an see the 5th one in the centre of the picture below. He is a runt and not coping as well as the other 4, you can see his fur is wet, as his mother keeps urging him on and he is improving.

They are maltese cross and are lovely mannered pets.

Crochet for Pets

I do not often advertise published books here, but this one bought a smile to my face and I really love the colour schemes used. I have not bought the book, but I think many of the patterns could be used for a baby as well.
The pattern book has dog toys too, such as donut's and ice-cream cones.

I breed dogs Too. Maltese X.

my little puppies This is one of the 4 puppies that I have bread. I can't take all of the credit for them, I have to give some credit to their mum and dad, which are my pets. Louie and Poochie, make such pretty pups. These are the pictures of the last female pup to go. I enjoy the breeding and I get so much fun and enjoyment from the puppies when they are playing around.
